Zoo Encounters are memorable, interactive experiences that bring you closer to the animals than you ever thought possible! Encounters include interaction with zookeepers, behind-the-scenes tours, and participation in enrichment and training sessions. In some circumstances, guests may be permitted to feed or touch the animals at the discretion of the zookeeper.
Encounters can be scheduled from April through October for up to 6 people. The one-of-a-kind experience, led by a Buttonwood Park Zookeeper, starts at 9:00 AM, runs for approximately 1 hour, and incorporates up to three animals. Animals preferences, although not guaranteed, can be submitted when scheduling.
