An Animal Encounter is a program allowing visitors to get an up-close look at how we care for the animals at the Zoo. Participants will be able to meet and speak with zoo keepers, watch and/or participate in a training session, and help the zoo keepers provide the animals with enrichment.
Bear Encounter (Maximum of 8 people) : 9:30am
Seal Encounter (Maximum of 6 people) : 11:00am
Elephant Encounter (Maximum of 10 people): 12:00pm
Animal Encounter Costs: Zoo Member: $35/person; Non-Member: $50/person; Children 2 and under are free

Animal Encounters are available daily April thru October. Registration is recommended as spaces fill quickly.
