The river otters are now back out on their exhibit. Our harbor seals are enjoying their stay at Mystic Aquarium. Please continue to check back here for updates .

Dear Friends,
The roof is completed on the carousel! The carousel will now be open 7 days a week. We are planning to add walls to the pavilion when visitation slows down in the fall.
The harbor seals are still enjoying their stay at Mystic Aquarium as work continues on their exhibit here. The filtration system work is just about complete. A contractor will be coming in to paint one more coating on the pool. At the same time, work will begin on a shade structure for the exhibit.
Construction has started on the building to house the filtration systems for the otter and beaver exhibits. The otters will be off exhibit while the work is done.
