The Zoo is celebrating Asian Elephant Ruth’s 25th anniversary of being rescued! Come learn about Ruthie as well as the rescue stories of her animal friends in residence at the Zoo. Local shelter groups will also be here with information tables and mobile adoptions!

Zoo admission plus $5/family
Ooch is returning to the Zoo for a special one hour performance. Yo Yos, Music & Dance, Oh My with Ooch! Kids and parents will be captivated, inspired and entertained during this fun and interactive show. Awwwww Yeah!
I LOVE Emily and Ruth!! This is my favorite event at the zoo. I walked this year for the first time and enjoyed meeting all other Elephant lovers. The biggest thrill of it all was getting to meet Ruth and Emily- something I will never forget. The staff is awesome and full of valuable information on what we all can do to take part in helping save elephants all over the world. I can’t wait for next year and I am all ready saving to help raise money for such a wonderful cause!! : )
