These days very few kids have a chance to get out in to a real forest to see truly wild animals. Buttonwood Park Zoo gives even toddlers a chance to “bond” with bears, to follow the water-flow from Berkshires to the Sea and watch the changing environments, and to be in a sweet smelling barn full of domestic animals and newly-hatched chicks. Takes me way back in time, too! And then on to the cafe and gift shop ;-) PERFECT outing for each and all of us.
